the SHAPE of Being is a women’s mentorship group dedicated to helping you envision, refine, strengthen, maintain, and invigorate the designs and shapes of your life. Sky will be teaching much about what all that means, and how relating to your life by understanding it as a design can bring much orientation and integration to the path of embodiment.

What is “Shape,” in this context?

Why “Being?” Being is generally an expression of stillness. When we allow ourselves to be animated by the energy of life, that essence of stillness takes a shape–a shape that is moved, transfigured, transformed. A shape that dances. A shape that is malleable, and reflects the manifestations of our lives.

The group is centered around the weekly live calls where Sky will teach you about what it means to have shape in your life, how to honor those designs,

For example, every shape has edges and boundaries, right? If your life is comprised of a dot here (work); a dot there (your partnerships); a dot there (your practice) etc., then altogether, they create a shape. Upholding your boundaries and knowing your edges is essential to the integrity of that shape. A circle isn’t a circle if its boundaries/lines and natural movement are disregarded. But there's more: There's what you're saying, there's the overall coherence of your being; there's what you're focusing on; there's the practice of resilience so that we may bounce back to shape as quickly as possible. There is just so much depth to the bones of our shapes that we are going to explore together... as we nourish the health of your design's integrity. Yes, come with me as we explore what it means to advocate for the sacred design of your life. It's gonna be a really rewarding one.

What’s your shape now? The answer may come to you as a feeling, or perhaps your body is compelled to respond with a movement or a shape. Does that shape reflect what is important to you and the lines you need to hold to maintain shape? Are your lines flexible and responsive to the elements?

It’s for you, simply, if you feel curious and are drawn towards joining. Beyond that, this group can greatly help women with:

-Clarifying where your edges are, and how tending to them affects the shape of your life

2 Modules, 1 month each:

Module 1: Shape Exploration & Integrity of Shape

-what is our shape comprised of? Balance, harmony, integrity ///bringing the shape to light

-what are the lines? and boundaries?

-energy and feeling

-balance of masculine and feminine; passive, receptive, inspired action / moved by the intelligence within

-exploring the place in the middle where we spring to life from deep intelligence and inspiration, but not necessarily the trips of what we want

Module 2: Shape Transfiguration & Our Engagement with the Shape

-How do we engage with the shape? Control, ennui/fatigue, /// healing our engagement

It is my hope that you will complete this program feeling anchored from a captain’s view of your shapes, aware of what decisions best support your designs, and feeling more stable and capable and empowered about being a good spider woman about it.
